How do sessions work?
We meet with students in person at our local Moraga office. Virtual sessions are also available for families who prefer flexibility, but our default is face-to-face — it's one of the things that sets us apart from online-only services.
What grade should my student start?
We work with students starting in 7th grade. The earlier a student builds good habits and makes smart course choices, the more options they have later. Families who come to us in 9th or 10th grade still see strong results and have plenty of runway before applications.
How much does college prep support cost?
Pricing is based on grade level and what the student needs. The easiest way to find out is to book a free intro call and we will walk through what makes sense for your family.
Do you help with college essays?
Yes. Essay support is included in our college prep packages. We help students find an angle that is specific to them, work through drafts over time, and revise until the essay reads as honest and clear.
What if my student is a recruited athlete?
We have a dedicated athletic recruiting program for student-athletes managing both the recruiting process and college applications. It runs as a standalone service or alongside our broader college planning work.
Do you work with transfer students?
Yes. Our transfer advising program helps students moving from community college to a four-year university or transferring between schools. The process has its own timeline and requirements and we know how to work through it.
